Paris Hilton's Rebound Romance: Already "Inseparable" From Hangover Director Boyfriend ( EXCLUSIVE! )

Just two weeks after officially splitting from Cy Waits, Paris Hilton is already hot and heavy with a new man: Hangover director Todd Phillips.
The two went on their very first date just last week to Chateau Marmont, but they're already "inseparable" and spent the holiday weekend together.
On Saturday, the reality star threw a party at her Malibu beach house and Bradley Cooper even came to join his friend Todd.
They also hit billionaire Alec Gores' lavish pre-Fourth of July party and didn't hide their affection from fellow guests. "They were holding hands and kissing throughout the night and they didn't care who saw them," an eyewitness says.
So how did they first meet?

Paris has known the 40-year-old director for years.
"They're both from New York and run in the same social circle," a source close to both tells me.
Their romantic relationship may be new, but they seem pretty into each other already.
Todd thinks she's "beautiful but hilarious as well," according to one source, while the heiress finds him to be "really funny and sexy."
"They have incredible chemistry together and she really respects him and looks up to him," they tell me.
Could we see P possibly returning to the big screen with a cameo in the Hangover 3? Stay tuned.

Kate Middleton's Canada Tour: Which Outfit Is Best?

Just call her the Duchess of Chic.
Kate Middleton has been cruising through her trip to Canada with Prince William looking elegant and gorgeous at nearly every stop.
Let's check out Her Royal Highness' regal stylishness so far, shall we?

On Canada Day, Kate rocked a ruffled white Reiss dress topped with a too-cute Sarah Fletcher maple leaf fascinator, Anya Hirchmand fan clutch and red pumps. She also wore two lace-embellished looks by Montreal-based designer Erdem paired with nude L.K. Bennett pumps and matching clutch (landing in Quebec on the left and Ottawa on the right).
For a visit to the Canadian War Museum, the future queen chose a gray Catherine Walker number with Peter Pan collar, Tabitha Simmons lizard pumps and matching clutch, and then switched things up in a mumsy, sailor-esque white-and-navy Alexander McQueen with Prada pumps and a ponytail during a visit to Charlottetown. Oops!

From Fort Levi in Quebec City to Prince Edward Island, Kate donned an off-white Joseph dress with chic cropped jacket and nude pumps. She was all business in navy blue (Roland Mouret dress and Smythe jacket) while boarding her Canada-bound private plane, but casual in printed Issa for a meet and greet with Canadian youth.
And finally, the new bride wore a purple Issa dress at a Canada Day celebration that's befitting of her royal status.
So which ensemble is your favorite—or do these looks leave you wanting more from Kate? Weigh in below!

Demi Lovato's "Skyscraper" Cover Shot—Do You Like?

Demi Lovato is not wasting any time letting us know she is back and coming at us hard.
She just released the cover shot for her latest single, "Skyscraper," and, well, it's pretty hot.

After a very public altercation with one of her dancers, checking into rehab, quitting her Disney gig and revealing a battle with bipolar disorder, we'd say it hasn't been the easiest year for Lovato.
But what doesn't kill you, only makes you stronger, right?!
And we can see that mentality in the single's lyrics:
"Don't ever try to tear me down/ I will be risin' from the ground/ Like a skyscraper/ Don't wanna make the same mistakes/ Ya'll better start listenin'/ Like a skyscraper I'm a new building..."
You go, girl!
So what do you guys think? Are you diggin' Demi's new attitude?

Sporty spice: Geri Halliwell makes a splash in Sardinia as she holidays with Henry

Coasting along the Mediterranean sea, Geri Halliwell is clearly no amateur when it comes to riding the waves.

The 38-year-old, currently on holiday in Sardinia with beau Henry Beckwith, impressed with her water skiing skills as she headed out of the coast of Porto Cervo this week.

Showing real determination and balance, Geri managed to stay upright as she sped through the surf, pulled along by a motor boat.

The fun was captured on video camera by aristocrat Henry, who was later filmed by Geri as he tried his hand at the water sport.

Not content to just lounge around on their holiday, the couple got things moving the previous day with a round of mini golf in the grounds of their luxury hotel.

And it wasn't just Geri's putting prowess on display – so too was her tanned and toned figure, showcased in a white floral bikini.

The mum-of-one and Henry, 32, arrived in the Sardinian resort of Porto Cervo last week.

They are staying at the same hotel visited by Peter Crouch and Abbey Clancy last month on their pre-wedding holiday.

Last month, Geri enjoyed three weeks in San Tropez with her four-year-old daughter Bluebell.

She and Henry – cousin of socialite Tamara Beckwith - enjoyed a winter break in Miami in February and in January headed to the slopes for a snowboarding break in the French Alps.

The couple have been dating since March 2009, following Geri's brief engagement to Italian tycoon Fabrizio Politi.

Hair styles and hair loss

During the summer we're more likely to give our locks a break from the hairdryer and let them dry naturally. But has it occurred to you that we sometimes substitute other summer habits that are damaging to our hair?

Leaving your hair to dry naturally is good for it, as even a cool dryer is aggressive to the hair cuticle. But if you can't stand the way your hair feels on your neck when it's hot, and automatically pull it tightly into a pony tail or wind it up into a knot you may be doing it no favours. This is particularly true if you don't wait for your hair to dry first, as wet hair is fragile, so make sure you apply conditioner to nourish it, and let it dry before you style.

Even with dry hair, you need to beware, as many experts agree that tight hairstyles are a common cause of hair loss. It's better, then to wear your hair loose or gently gathered, not smoothed and stretched to breaking point. The key, as with most things, is to avoid excess.

According to Juan Carlos Vasquez, medical coordinator for the international hair-care experts Svenson, “Hair extensions and ultra tight hairstyles including tight pony-tails, are, if used frequently, a cause of hair loss in women.” He adds that it's unlikely that styling will be the only cause and that it is mostly a problem when accompanied by other habits and conditions that weaken the hair, such as lack of nutrients, low calorie diets, and, at times, psychological disorders.
